In addition, 20 local governments were supported to promote gender equality at the local level. In this way, we have contributed to more than 3,600 women being trained in entrepreneurship, learning how to develop a business plan, how to cash in on their knowledge and market products, how to increase production, hire other women and enter the labor market more readily. We will continue with this practice this year as well, with the intention of contributing to eliminating the negative consequences that the crisis caused by COVID-19 has on employment and working conditions of women in Serbia ", said the Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Coordination Body for Gender Equality, Prof. Zorana Mihajlovic, PhD.
