Tender:

Procurement for Building and Engineering Works, designed by the Contractor:

  • Biomass heating plant with 3 x 0,99 MW biomass boilers and 1 x 5 MW gas back-up boiler fueled with CNG for the Toplana of Majdanpek

Procedure:

The KfW Direct Disbursement Procedure shall apply

Part of this program is the design, delivery, construction of biomass plant in city of Majdanpek, comprising of the following main components:

  • 3 biomass boilers with a nominal capacity of 0.99 MW each
  • 1 back-up boiler on compressed natural gas with 5 MW
  • A truck terminal to take over, expand and reheat of CNG
  • 1 buffer heat storage with 50 m³
  • A boiler house with auxiliary systems
  • Electrical and control systems
  • Biomass intermediate storage and conveying system
  • A weigh bridge for biomass take over at the existing biomass storage
  • Connection to existing infrastructure (road for heavy traffic, electricity, water, sewerage, DH system)

The Commencement of the Works is expected in April 2023 and the plant shall be ready for operation in October 2023.

This Pre-Qualification is open to eligible bidders who have experiences in the erection of similar heating plants and an annual turnover of >= 7.200.000 EURO, single or as Joint Venture of maximum three entities. Further qualification requirements are specified in the Pre-Qualification Documents.
