The Department for Legal, Personnel and General Affairs performs tasks related to: preparation of acts related to the organization and work of the Ministry; preparation of internal general and individual acts within the scope of the Secretariat; monitoring and implementation of laws and other regulations within the scope of the Department; preparation of statements on lawsuits, appeals and other submissions to the competent authorities in disputes arising from labor and property relations; development of an integrity plan for the fight against corruption; affairs related to national defense and emergency situations; occupational safety and health; preparation of information on the work of the Ministry, its updating and taking care of the availability of information of public importance and the protection of personal data; cooperation with the State Attorney's Office, state administration bodies, Government services and other state bodies; staff development; preparation of monthly reports related to the structure and number of civil servants and employees for the Central Personnel Registry; records in the field of labor and labor relations; conducting the procedure of evaluating the work performance of civil servants; professional and administrative affairs for the tender commission of the Ministry; employment status of civil servants and state employees; professional training of civil servants; professional and administrative affairs in disciplinary proceedings; providing professional assistance to civil servants and state employees in connection with the exercise of employment rights; IT affairs; tasks related to the Ministry's vehicle fleet, as well as other tasks within the scope of the Department.
