The Project Management Department performs activities related to: planning, preparation, implementation and monitoring of the implementation of projects financed from European Union funds within the scope of the Ministry and their audit; preparation of reports on the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the implementation of projects financed from European Union funds; preparation of strategic documents within the scope of the Ministry and their revision; coordination of activities necessary to ensure the necessary co-financing of projects; checking the fulfillment of preconditions for the implementation of projects and contracts; implementation of the rules and principles necessary for the establishment, functioning and sustainability of the system of decentralized management of European Union funds in accordance with the procedures, as well as other tasks within the scope of the Department.
