The Group for Central Storage Body - CSB performs activities related to: formation, maintenance, investment and reporting on required reserves of oil, oil derivatives and natural gas; preparation and monitoring of the implementation of long-term, medium-term and annual reserve requirements program; setting priorities and proposing appropriate measures and activities; determination and collection of fees for the formation and maintenance of mandatory reserves of oil and oil derivatives; cooperation and coordination with competent state bodies and international institutions, monitoring the implementation of interstate agreements and agreements related to required reserves; preparation of contracts and drafting of acts related to required reserves, as well as other tasks within the scope of the Group.
