The Energy Inspection Group carries out the activities related to the: inspection of the performance of energy activities according to the law governing the energy sector, the law governing efficient use of energy, the law governing market inspection, inspection of the enforcement of regulations in the field of renewable energy sources; inspection of the enforcement of regulations on the establishing of operating stocks, on the quality of energy and energy-generating sources and regulations in the field of thermal energy; conducting joint inspection reviews with inspectors of other bodies; cooperation with other departments in the Ministry and other services and professional organizations related to the inspection of fulfilment of obligations of energy entities within the scope of the activity of the Group, as well as other activities within the scope of the activity of the Group.
