The Group for Legal and Administrative Affairs carries out the activities related to the: preparation of internal general and individual acts within the purview of the Department; monitoring and enforcement of laws and other regulations within the scope of inspections; providing legal support and professional assistance to all inspectors in the Department in regards to legal affairs; preparation of reports, action plans, information, analysis and other materials within the purview of the Department; cooperation with the Coordination Committee of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in the field of inspection; cooperation with regular courts, commercial court and prosecutor's office and monitoring of the course of court proceedings upon the submitted reports of inspectors, as well as other activities within the scope of activity of the Group.
